Per person for the meetings. By the work for the admin.

Two products, two models — Notetaker & Coach is per seat, for the meetings you're in; Automation is priced by the work done, for the admin you're not.

Notetaker & Coach · per seat

£59 £29 per person per month

The standard price is £59 — early adopters get the £29 launch rate, and stay on it longer.

It helps each person in their meetings, so it's priced per person — and every seat gets everything:

  • The desktop app, plus Chief Capture — the iPhone app
  • Live transcript, tips and checklist on every call
  • Meeting summaries with decisions and action items
  • Post-meeting follow-through — follow-up email and CRM entry
  • Team invites and roles

7-day free trial • No credit card to start

Automation · by the work it does

Priced by the work it takes off your plate.

The follow-through from your own meetings is already in the seat. Automation is the messaging and inbox work beyond it — and one person with Chief can handle what used to be a team's worth, so charging per seat would punish exactly what makes it valuable. Instead, we size the price to the work Chief does for you:

  • Replies drafted in your own inbox — one at a time, with your approval
  • Enquiries screened against the rules you set
  • Contact details read out of threads and into your CRM

Seats it takesOne

One person runs it — which is why it isn't priced by the seat.

Fair questions about the two models.

Why two pricing models?

Notetaker & Coach helps each person in their meetings, so it's priced per person — and the post-meeting follow-through comes with the seat. Automation takes on the messaging and inbox work beyond that, replacing work rather than assisting a seat — one person running it can do what used to take several — so it's priced by that work instead.

Do I need both?

No — plenty of teams start with one. They share one account, so adding the other later is a click, not a migration.

What about my team?

Invite colleagues from settings, or verify your email domain and anyone signing up with a work email joins your team automatically — with member, manager and admin roles.

What is the launch rate?

Chief is £59 a month, currently £29 at the launch rate for early adopters, who stay on it longer than later customers.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 7-day free trial • No credit card to start — the “Get started free” button starts it.
